We Guide Girls2Greatness

Nurturing the Next Generation of Leaders

Every girl deserves a space where she can be seen, heard, and uplifted. That’s why Guiding Girls 2 Greatness (G3) was created, to walk alongside young women ages 11–21 as they discover who they are and who they are meant to become.

Who We Are

As a proud subsidiary of the Sister2Sister Organization, G3 is more than a program, it’s a sisterhood. Here, girls are paired with mentors who believe in their potential and help them navigate life’s challenges with grace and confidence. Together, we share meaningful experiences: from monthly workshops on wellness, leadership, and financial literacy, to etiquette lessons that build poise, to recreational outings that spark joy and lasting friendships.

What makes G3 special is the safe, supportive environment we provide. With access to a licensed social worker and a community that truly cares, every young woman is encouraged to show up fully as herself.

At G3, we believe in equipping the next generation with the tools they need to thrive, not just in school, but in their communities and in life. Our mission is simple: to nurture girls into confident, resilient leaders who carry greatness within them.

Hi, I’m Dr. Christiana Skinner-Walker, Executive Director of Guiding Girls 2 Greatness (G3), a mentorship and empowerment program for young women ages 11–21. G3, under Sister2Sister Connection, is dedicated to helping girls thrive through mentorship, leadership, and sisterhood.

With a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and advanced studies in Applied Behavior Analysis, along with multiple degrees in education and psychology, I bring both passion and expertise to this role. My mission is to create a safe, supportive community where girls gain the confidence, skills, and sisterhood to pursue their dreams.

For me, G3 is more than a program, it’s a movement that ensures every girl knows she is seen, valued, and destined for greatness.
